note to self

i had a really great talk to one of my best friends last night. i never knew she was so unhappy, but i understand why she is. sometimes there are things in life you need to do. when you feel like you can't change, maybe it's time to throw yourself into the fire and force yourself to change.

on the other spectrum of the night... note to self : jumping castle + alcohol + rowdy young people = tracey's new bruise on her shoulder.
