revolve 2003
new revolve is opened, old revolve is archived for the meantime
i spent the day drifting in and out of sleep, my head still hurts and the left side of my face is not so good but i'll live. i've been having a few cases of sleep paralysis the past few days, it freaks me out at first but then i calm down and try to get rid of it

i think it's called sleep paralysis anyway, it feels like you're tied down by invisible forces e.g. your body is still asleep but your mind and, in my case, my eyes were the only things 'awake' so it feels like something is very very wrong hehe
/end of ramble

Here's a sleep paralysis tip: struggling (in your dream) only aggravates the situation thus making it more dificult to awaken. Staying still will lessen the severity and allow u to take more control (in my case I wriggle my toes). Apparently though, if you take control, it can sometimes lead onto lucid dreaming i.e. knowing that you are dreaming. I highly reccomend it.
