viggo, the artist

i had a dream about viggo mortensen last night. NO, not one of those dreams.. but i was walking down the street with a friend and there was viggo, standing in the street painting. he introduced himself and i asked him about his books 'SignLanguage' and 'Recent Forgeries' and where i could get it because it was out of print or too expensive. 'Dream' Viggo was nice enough to give me his copies..
so that brings me to this morning - i've been reading more and more about viggo mortensen's art and the more i see, the more i like

so far i've only seen stuff online, here and here aswell as a few other random places..

but anyway, i'm going to hunt down his books and put it on my wishlist. it's interesting to see the layers and layers to his work - photography, paintings and poetry alongside acting and being a great father. good mix.
