ms norah jones



just got back from seeing Norah Jones and band at the Opera House. wow is she talented! flawless voice and she seems very cool and down to earth. i didn't plan on taking any photos, but i had a chance too and we had GREAT seats (9th row, slight off center) so i did. i thank god i don't have to use my flash to take photos, there were so many other cameras going off left and right, it was blinding (there was audience facing us aswell - kinda like a round). David Bridie supported, and my sister is in love with him now.

the longest part was trying to get out of the operahouse carpark - we were sitting in our car trying to get out for about 40 mins. and while i'm at it, what is it with people being asses in their cars or while i'm in mine? yesterday, a little 13 year old was walking slowly across the road so i slowed down to let him pass. what does he do? stops right in front of my car, walks over to my open window and yells 'what the fuck are you looking at?'. i replied 'what the hell do you think?' as i drove off.. now normally i wouldn't say anything at all, so my sister was proud to hear that i stood up for myself in some small way. another incident was tonight, while driving home. some moron decided it would be better to follow me right up close for 20 mins, high beams on so i can't see in my rear view mirror. noooo, he couldn't overtake me even though there was empty lanes to both our sides. he wanted to be a jackass. i even passed him at the toll booth again, and he still wanted to drive up behind me instead of overtaking.. grrrrr /vent

time for sleep and dreams. new bag and accessory ideas in my head!
still trying to decide whether i have time to make/sell stuff, we'll see. tshirts i'll probably let everyone know how i did it since it's so easy
