it's as tiny as ...
which is the reason why i missed it when i first picked up the noise magazine. but i made the cover! woohoo! first photo, top row.
another photo of mine (
train buzz) is a part of the graphics at the
noise website but you can hardly tell (i couldn't!).
anyway it's all very surprising and encouraging. even though i didn't make any big spreads in publications, at least i can point to that tiny square on the cover and say 'hey, that's my photo' :D
actually, the magazine has given me alot of inspiration to get that darn photography book of mine started - however, it will be smaller (and therefore alot cheaper) and alot more concentrative on the photographs that i really want in there and enjoy. the magazine had a section on zines, and i'm going to sit down and look at a few of them to see what kind of zines are out there. i like the idea of lots of people out there making there own publications for the love of it.

tony! i checked out the noise website a few months back, maybe april/may? i can't remember but their projects where open for submissions at the time and i just submitted a few things that i had at the time, not realising what actually was going to happen. from the submissions they received, they made things like websites, magazines etc... ta daa!
