just like every weekend..
.. my computer seems to stop working! well, long story short - keyboard working, mouse isn't. mouse working, keyboard isn't. now mouse and keyboard working, thank you jeebus!
alot of things i was meant to do - get another batch of photos up on shutterbug, fix a few sites and catch up with some people - are still not done and i'm slacking behind! i'm going to try to get a good photo up tonight though, so cross your fingers
i thought i'd better share this with you now :
not exactly to scale, or at the same quality that it prints out - but that's our wedding invitation that was sent out a couple weeks ago! all photos taken by me and the idea was put together by my own personal hottie Regan! comments back from our family and friends have been
great - they loved seeing us on the invitation and hadn't seen an invite like it, which is cool.
(edited to add : each photo is included for a particular special reason, one was a photo i took for our first valentines last year, a couple photos represent the chinese aspect of the wedding, sydney as the location, photos of us together, our committment rings, the heart in the sky, and some red roses which will be apart of my bouquet. i think an invite should represent who you are as a couple and what kind of wedding it'll be, so it's kinda perfect for us! we're having some traditional things, but at the end of the day we want people to have fun and celebrate with us
i forgot to mention that the invites were a set of 3 square postcards - the first is the photos with the ceremony & venue details on the back, the second is a map on one side with parking details on the back, the third is a rsvp postcard which people send back to us. )
anyway, we've ordered our wedding bands and we're onto getting the wedding music sorted. we've got a great list going, but if anyone wants to make a suggestion, now's the time!

Hi Tracey, just dropped in from RBJ. I love your wedding invitation...such a great and creative idea that harnesses your wonderful talent. I showed my boyfriend your shutterbug site and he got all homesick for Sydney! Fantastic site too btw. :)
