those are some rockin songs! If you like interpol, you should check out Doves, South, Elbow, Mogwai, Starsailor, Do Make Say Think, Explosions in the Sky, Sigur Ros, Slint, Godspeed You Black Emperor!, and Yo La Tengo. Not sure if you've heard of any of those (I hear that British indie rock is pretty well-known in Australia?), but the last 6 are prety much instrumental and they are so kick arse. Cheeeers!

thanks Devin!

actually, i do already LOVE sigur ros and my husband has alot of GYBE!, do make say think, elbow and explosions in rotation on his mp3 player... the other bands i've heard of too but i haven't latched onto them yet

(i saw starsailor a few years back and they were good live, but then i bought their cd and it sucked!)
