i'm still aliiiiveee

haven't updated in a couple of weeks, strange!

things have been busy - getting the last bits done in the apartment (still have a bunch of things to do)...

places to go, people to meet - the Sydney photogeeks got to meet up with the lovely Katherine (in that crazy photo on the right) & Graham! James, Jarod, Jacqueline, Amanda and myself where treated to a sunny/rainy/sunny/drizzly/sunny/rainy day at Taronga Zoo, thanks to Graham (THANK YOU!!). we had ALOT of fun, especially with Jarod WHO USED JACQUELINE'S FILM CAMERA.

it was fantastic to meet up with Katherine, we all had a great time laughing our butts off at every corner. Amanda already has a photo up on her blog, I'll be posting in the next few days somewhere ...

one of my dearest friends Prasangi got married yesterday to the lovely and hilarious Chris! it was a fantastic day, the reception was amazing (good food, PEEING-MY-PANTS-FUNNY speeches). it was so good to finally see them in their element - both families were so happy.

the reception was out at Kenthurst, which is about an hour from where we live. the drive out there was just about the same time as the sunset, so you could imagine the beautiful sun hitting the mountain tops in the distance. Regan wouldn't let me stop the car to get a photo, but i think things like that can't really be captured right anyway.

yesterday i also found out about another dear friend of mine's engagement. CARLA! i kept saying you were beaming all day, so i can imagine how happy you were when he proposed!! hooray! another wedding later in the year!!

so i guess you can say the easter weekend was great ;) how was yours?
