ahhh the holidays
love it.
loving every second that i get to sit on the couch and do nothing but eat candy, sleep and watch tv. during the working year, i never get to sleep in - and although i keep getting up automatically at 6-7am still, the opportunity to catch up on sleep is there. looove it.
christmas day was awesome! we were up early and ready to open gifts and watch some holiday tv together before heading over for christmas lunch and dinner.. like i mentioned before, we're doing a low key christmas - so the presents were mostly cheap scratchy tickets. Regan's family were very generous though and I got a few DVD's (King of the Hill) and a butt load of CANDY!!! Regan also got me the Little Britain and Friends Season 5 dvd which i looooove. i ended up getting Regan a few threadless.com tshirts and a dressing gown he always wanted - his mum sent over this cool thumb piano!!
lots of delicous turkey and cauliflower cheese, pumpkin potato leftovers. yum. plenty of great talk and smiles all around the dinner table :)
Mischa did end up with alot of new stuff being her birthday AND christmas - about 6 new toys, a bag of new rawhide bones, carob & peanut butter biscuits, a cake, a tshirt, a new collar and a delicious turkey and pumpkin dinner!
p.s. i just realised that my last 3 entry titles say 'holiday' in it.... one track mind much?
