dodgy dodgy photography
i just posted this at flickr -
i suppose this happens alot - but i was walking down george street today, stopped at the traffic light on king st and spotted a man with a compact digital camera held very very low.
ordinarily i would say, 'ok, he's being creative with his shot'. not this time! he was pointing it directly at a poor woman's bottom :/
i thought it was maybe my imagination so we all crossed the road at the green walk light and HE BROUGHT OUT HIS VIDEO CAMERA and did the same thing.
needless to say, i looked him in the eye like 'WTF??' and he ran off when i stepped in his line of sight.
i'm half-glad that it's winter and she wasn't wearing a skirt but alarmed that it's happening probably everyday and this is why there are people have issues about people with cameras these days.
creeeepy.
i still feel a bit weirded out about what i saw, i should of done more but at least he realised someone was watching HIM. dang, i should of photographed his face and took it into the police station! i dislike people that give street photographers a bad rap
