thanksgiving

Regan and I like to celebrate Thanksgiving in any small way we can - so tomorrow we'll attempt to cook a couple of dishes that we've never cooked before. Can't wait for that! :P

What am I grateful for this year?

Discovering my food intolerances, for one. It's been the most important step in gaining back my health (and my sanity). I don't know what I would of done with another year of the crazies.

Family, the obvious but most important choice. Regan and I are as tight as ever, coming up on our 3rd anniversary in January, my lovely sister and I have maintained our silly & sisterly bond across an ocean, my brother has always been a rock for us for anything stupid I had to ask, and my parents have continued their love and support, probably much more than I deserve, but enough that I appreciate it immensely.

Regan's mum Sharon for all that she does for us, her advice and her love. It's unconditional and we appreciate it like nothing else in this world.

Mischa's health is another thing I'm thankful for. We know it could of been a slippery slope at anytime, but she seems as good as ever. We adore her and we can't see our lives without her.

So, that's my soppy Thanksgiving post. Cross your fingers that whatever we cook tomorrow is edible and gluten free ;)
