what did he say? tell meeee

there's a few tv advertisements on at the moment that feature dogs - apart from the usual dog food ad's, there's the one for olympus underwater cameras and there's another for bigpond movie rentals.

that's the one Mischa hates. or loves. or wants to eat.
we can't figure out which.

the ad always starts out with the man saying 'just gonna get a dvd'. he gets his dog on a leash and heads out the door.

that's all it takes to set Mischa off. it's the slightest whimper that the dog makes when he's on his way out the door, that wakes Mischa from her deep dark coma and sends her running here and there barking as if the dog was telling her that he was on fire or something.

if i can get to her just after that man's first line, or i can change channels or sing really loudly over the dog's whimper, then all is good. but if i'm too late, then it's too late. she won't stop for a good while.

back to puppy school she goes! we've got her trained pretty well, but no amount of conditioning so far is working on this tricky one. not even the promise of cookies.

that dog must be saying something pretty nasty
