get a clue

since we've switched over to iiNet for our phone & net connection - i've had weekly calls from Telstra asking me to switch back to them. fine, that's good you want some business. i deal with alot of telemarketers from all kinds of places and i've always told them nicely when we're not interested. no big deal.

however today broke the camel's back - in the space of 8 hours, i've had 5 different 'sales' people from Telstra call me for the same bloody thing. each time i've declined politely, but the last call - the 6th, 10 minutes ago - pushed my button a little more than i'd usually let it ... i'm having a hard time today and i can't handle getting up 1,000 times to answer the phone and deal with this nonsense again.

i don't understand how they don't have a system where they mark down who they've called and who's expressly told them not to call back as they're not interested ... i'm sure they'd save man power if they had some sort of list going.

gah!!!
