I need to reiterate about how fantastic the TENS machine from Mama TENS has been for me, for my second labour with my daughter recently. I did write about it previously, and want to make sure I give credit where credit is due!
Again, my TENS machine unit came on time from Mama TENS and I was able to use it from the start of my labour, and this time all the way through it, as my ONLY pain relief option. It gave me a gentle distraction and worked with me in a more natural way.
I would recommend checking it out if you are after drug free pain relief for labour
