My youngest baby is now 7.5 months old, and I’ve resolved (like many other new mum’s!) that THIS year will be the year I reclaim my body back! But where to start?
While there are many choices out there for us to get our fitness back, the choices get limited when you are a working mum of 2 little kids. I’ve already been able to work in a 45 minute walk 3-4 times a week, but for getting my abs back into shape and for general toning and fitness after having 2 kids back to back, I needed a little more… Enter Tracy Anderson!

There’s been alot of gossip about her personal life and whether she’s ripping off Jane Fonda or not, but I tend not to look at the circus and just focus on myself – whether this is going to work for me and whether i’m going to enjoy it. So far, so good!
