When you think of eco friendly & fair trade goods – you often picture eco friendly bottles, or fair trade chocolate – that’s my first train of thought! But did you know, our babies clothing can also be eco friendly and fair trade?
Babushka Baby is the label by Australian Belinda Stabb – her philosophy is to nurture your children, our future generation and help protect the planet, which will one day be all theirs. Babushka Baby creates clothing, footwear, toys, bedding and accessories for babies and children – all from natural fabrics and materials.
They’ve recently released their Autumn/Winter 2011 clothing range, which is not only eco friendly but adorable!

Pictured above on the gorgeous little lady are the Maya Pinafore in Denim, Maya Pinafore in Mosiac Pink, Quilted Jacket in Peony blue, and a reversible skirt in Peony Pink.
The Maya Pinafores are ADORABLE, they’re 100% cotton and perfect to layer under and over during winter. And I really love the idea of a reversible skirt – you can either show the pretty pattern side, or the denim side! They also have reversible quilts which are great for the cot or pram.
You can find Babushka Baby online at Bluecaravan right now –
