I’ve been scouring the internet and toy shops for a train table set for my son’s next birthday – there are alot out there (including the Imaginarium Classic Train Table with Roundhouse and great tutorials for making your own train table).
The Metropolis Train Table comes with 100 pieces and has a gorgeous Espresso finish and solid wood frame. There’s also a large rolling trundle for extra storage under the table and will provide endless hours of fun for any kid 3 years old and over.
The train set also includes a two-tier bridge, mountain with drive-through tunnel and an airport with helipad. It’s a pretty impressive set and looks to be compatible with the wooden Thomas trains and tracks which is great if, like us, already have a few trains and tracks already.
