Finding a great system of baby bottles is something that most parents will do once in their life. (Even if you want to exclusively breastfeed, I do recommend that you at least check out what’s available and what may suit you!)

There is a whole world of wide neck bottles, thin neck bottles with slow teats and fast nipples. Glass bottles, plastic bottles. Bottles that will survive the dishwasher, and bottles that won’t.

mimijumi is a brand you might not have heard of before, but their range of baby feeding bottles is something you should see! I was recently sent a set of bottles & replacement nipples to trial, and they were a show stopper wherever we went!

As you can see from the photos, the mimijumi feeding bottles have a unique design. The nipple design replicate’s a mother’s breast, creating a natural feeding and latching experience for a happier and healthier bottle fed baby.

The Very Hungry Bottle holds 240ml while the Not So Hungry Bottle holds 120mls. Both bottles come with a slow flow nipple to start you off. The bottles are made from BPA, Latex and EA free naterials, making it safe for baby. The unit’s integrated venting prevents colic, and exceeds Australian safety standards. With a skid free base, you’ll also prevent tipping and spilling, which is a bonus for any parent!

I really liked the mimijumi bottles. I *love* the design, it fit well in our hands and was easy to transport around in my handbag. It was easy to clean and dry, and the nipples were easy to screw on and off. My only note was that it was probably best to use the mimijumi bottle from birth, because the nipple is different from the other brands we’ve used before. In saying that, it could just be my fussy tester that didn’t like the change so much!

The mimijumi baby bottles are of high quality, and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to other mum’s and dad’s as a bottle to try. Priced from $19.99, you are buying an award winning product that is both functional, well-thought and pretty cool looking too :)
