(it’s the cough that tickles, rather than hurts)

we’ve been having a mouse problem the past 5 weeks or so, we’d seen it out of the corners of our eyes and heard it in the walls. while Regan’s mum and brother (Ryan) was here, we started to see it more often and out in the open – and a few days before they left, they managed to catch (and kill) 3 of them!! funnily enough, none of the 7 mouse traps we had around the house worked – sadly, it was a boot that got them. after Sharon & Ryan left, Regan caught a fourth one and so far it’s been quiet as a mouse (haha) in here. we did a huge clean out and the buggers had been eating through my supply of fabric i had packed under the stairs. 🙁 they even got up on TOP of the fridge, and also pee’d all over one of my typography books.. gees. we live directly next to a huge field, so we figure they’re coming in from there somehow.

i’m trying to redesign the blog tonight, so things are a bit different. i liked the other design, but i like keeping the design updated as much as i can. it still needs to POP though, so i’ll have to add ‘something’ as soon as i figure out what that is …

so the end of our holiday has come. i’ve had 2 weeks of amazing time off – i tried to make sure to really soak it all in so i can knuckle down and get back into work for the rest of the year (or whenever the next break is…) i know alot of people […]

[1

post-1054","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-anything-everything
["GET
