i had to do a double take just then because i started to write your month TEN newsletter, but then i realised you’re actually 11 months old now! <\/p>\n

so much has gone on in our little family this month, that i’ve hardly had time to take photos or shoot video. though, of course there are <\/em>photos to be posted! <\/p>\n

your love of the fridge and fridge magnets is cute. like a moth to a flame, you go straight for the magnets that you can reach and then stretch and stretch to reach the ones we’ve tried to keep away from you. sadly, the cool magnet aunty hayley brought back from greece is now 2 cool magnets from greece. <\/p>\n

\n $\"\"$ <\/a> you’re turning into a real little boy. of course i know you are a boy (duh) but your cheekiness and your playfulness is at adorable heights. you love to play and squeal and chase and throw. but your all time favourite is still cars and all things cars. (you saw the movie ‘cars’ for the first time last week and LOVED it).<\/p>\n

$\"\"$ <\/a>you sleep like a total angel during the day now – a 2 hour nap in the morning, a 1 hour nap in the afternoon – but sadly your night sleeps are shocking. we’ve taken to co-sleeping with you part of the night, just so that we can all rest. we think you are just going through another developmental stage, so are hanging on for it to pass. <\/p>\n

$\"\"$ <\/a>you’re totally fine to explore and play on your own – you love crawling up and down the hallways, peering out the front door at the cars going past, love climbing the stairs still and love being outside hanging onto the clothes rack. but your love of the morning weather report still continues
\n– i can’t tear you away from a 50% chance of showers in the afternoon<\/p>\n

one of the coolest things that happened this month is that you started to really stand on your own – first for seconds at a time, then for minutes. and then, something unexpected happened – you started to WALK. <\/p>\n
