ew me, but yay! John Mayer<\/a><\/p>\n JM is an amazing performer live, i adore live music – so seeing him SO close i could spit on him was incredible! inbetween taking a bunch of digipics (i figured it was a good reason to get back into digital photography), so managed to zone out and enjoy his amazing guitar and vocal skills. absolutely amazing to see him live. <\/p>\n after the set, my sister grabbed the set list<\/a> for me, hehe. my sister striked up a conversation with the guitarist Matt<\/a> who told us the harrowing tale of eating fish’n’chips in Circular Quay with 300 seagulls. a really funny and cool guy to hang with \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n John came out and did the meet and greet with a million media type people, and once he was free – i pounced. (hey, i was tired and hungry and i wanted to meet him before i had to wait behind all the other girls :P) so i asked him to sign a couple of cd’s, which he did kindly<\/a>. we had a laugh over what he was drawing and i thanked him for a great night and for playing amazing music. my sister had found her way around to us, and she took the photo of JM and i quickly (damn i look bad in that, meh). i told him to have a great night and to enjoy himself in Sydney and said goodbye and that was it! <\/p>\n great night, great music, free foood. dear god i just wrote this whole long spiel out and the damn thing didn’t submit, so here i go: ew me, but yay!
