define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', true);{"id":606,"date":"2004-09-12T17:08:00","date_gmt":"2004-09-12T06:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sh1ft.org\/blog\/?p=606"},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T13:00:00","slug":"lets-go-fly-a-kite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/sh1ft.org\/blog\/606\/","title":{"rendered":"let&#8217;s go fly a kite!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>i just <i>knew<\/i> watching <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0058331\/\">mary poppins<\/a> the other night would bring out that kite lovin&#8217; kid in me. <\/p>\n<p>you gotta love a kite festival on the beach &#8211; so when i realised the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aks.org.au\/aks_files\/fotw.htm\">festival of the winds<\/a> was happening this weekend, i headed down to bondi for an hour or so to capture some good old Sydney photographs like i usually do (but hadn&#8217;t lately because&#8230; well i&#8217;m lazy\/strung out). <\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/sh1ft.org\/&#038;photos\/120904.jpg\"><\/div>\n<p>the series of photos from this morning will be up on shutterbug before i leave, hopefully <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spacecowgirl.nu\/traceysnaps\/10D_thekite.jpg\">this scary kite<\/a> will make it up sometime too. what was cool, was that i wasn&#8217;t going to be the only camera wielding maniac as usual &#8211; virtually everyone had a camera! yippee!
