you know that saying ‘you look as bad as you feel’? well come saturday morning, the start of my ‘dog days’. i call it that because after looking myself in the mirror, i’ve dubbed myself ‘that sad unloved ungroomed dog in the pet shop window that no one wants to buy because she smells and looks like a freaking mess’. <\/p>\n
Regan always says to me ‘you’re always sick’ and it’s true – i usually feel like crapola. but if 2 (i usually only need 1\/2) panadienes wouldn’t stop the constant pounding headaches, a backbreaker of a backache (i actually started to look up chiropractors i thought i had some sort of back problem), a temperature of 39.9c, severe stomach pains … i thought at least a trip to the doctor would be OK. <\/p>\n
after the usual questions – are you pregnant? are you on the pill? how many times a day do you poop? – i had a test done this morning and get the results back on wednesday. inbetween then, i get to take time off work (which i rarely do), which means lots of couch & tv time, aswell as naps with mischa. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
