how many dreams or nightmares do you have a week? a month? <\/p>\n
every morning, Regan asks me how i sleep and the answer every<\/i> time for at least the past 2 or 3 months has been ‘oh, i had another nightmare’ or ‘i had another dream or four’. <\/p>\n
i think my waking hours have been effected by these ‘sleep’ hours, i feel like a walking zombie most days which is why i love the weekend so much. i don’t eat anything crazy, don’t drink caffiene at all or have spicy strange foods before i sleep. <\/p>\n
my last dream included my sister, a mini, the local mall and a specific time (sunday, 4pm). another dream, i had a mansion with a view, an ample studio\/bedroom but it was all decorated in gawdy furniture. my nightmares have included things about my family, being back in highschool, deaths, losses and even tv shows, haha. most usually i’ll have 3 or 4 different dreams in a night, leaving me with all these images and memories when i awake. <\/p>\n
maybe my waking life is so boring that my dreaming life is taking over. not that last nights dream was exactly a mardi gras, but hey anything’s better than answering phones and emails all day. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
