ahhh, this is my favourite time of the week – 6pm on a friday evening, days away from another work day and even better yet, an extra day off because of the october long weekend. i’ll get cracking in the kitchen in a sec (trying to figure out how to cook a pizza with an egg on top – yes i’m gross) but i’m far too relaxed and happy to get up from the couch yet.<\/p>\n
tommorrow is my long awaited trip to the Gluten Free Gourmet Expo – i’ve been planning it for months and months, and while there’s nothing really to ‘plan’ (it’s not that far away and how hard is it to shop for food?), i’ve been eagerly awaiting the chance to mingle with other people that are gluten free. i’ve heard there are cooking classes and other demonstrations so i don’t want to miss a thing. <\/p>\n
we’re hoping to catch the cabramatta moon festival on sunday, and then lounge around on monday doing what we do best – nothing \ud83d\ude09 hopefully i’ll manage to shoot the rest of the film my cameras and get it developed before the weekend dries out too, i can’t wait to see the results. <\/p>\n
