it’s becoming very distressing to take a call with someone who just doesn’t understand the concept of dialing a wrong number, or when someone has misprinted a number somewhere. i don’t know what else to tell them – someone has given them our number incorrectly and i can’t help them further.<\/p>\n

seriously, i can’t, so why argue with me? it doesn’t get you more minutes or your teeth fixed. <\/p>\n
i’m always very very polite and will Google a company name if they give me one so i can try and find a number for them (which is totally out of my way), but more often than not, they think i’m lying and yell at me before they hang up mid-sentence. this happens four or five times a day. <\/p>\n
