A quick and simple meal anyone can enjoy!

ingredients
A bit of cucumber
A small carrot
A handful of canelli beans
A handful of shreded lettuce
A small tomato
A few small mushrooms
A few slices of avocado

directions
Pretty much straight forward so no big directions needed.

Chop up each vegetable roughly and mix together in a small bowl.
