I knew these would be good, so I wanted to wait as long as I could before I launched myself on them :P

Freedom Foods have an extensive range of gluten free products aswell as wheat free, dairy free, yeast free, egg free and nut free products. (What a line up!)

The Chocolate Blitz Chocolate Chip Cookies were more like cookie/cake than cookie/biscuit, but nevertheless they were a lovely snack - and I even used them as a cookie base for my lime pies (see future entry on this!). They are gluten free, wheat free, lactose free and peanut free.

I commend Freedom Foods for being a leader in food allergy products and services - and I can't wait to go through their entire range!
