Gluten free desserts are everywhere
 When I needed to go gluten free, I thought my dessert eating days were over. There would be no cakes, no puddings, no nothing! After almost 12 months of gluten free-ness, I'm finding little gems like this that are safe to eat. Don't be afraid to ask the shop assistant or manager if they have any gluten free food, and don't be scared to educate them if they don't know what you're on about!
