It’s time to post the link to your album, blog post, or collection of photos for A Day In The Life : 22nd October 2011! (Aussie’s would have well and truly finished taking their photos by now, but our friends on the other side of the world might still be playing).
How did you go? Whether you planned something special, or just took the day to chill out – it’s always alot of fun to take some time out to take photographs to remember what you did and to also note your own photography style & skills at the time.
Here was my favourite of the day – we had a ‘regular’ Saturday which is always awesome!
Share the link to your photos, click on ‘Click here to enter’ and fill in your details. (Please link to the collection of your photos, not each individual photo).

The next project runs next month – 26 Things: November 2011.
Doesn’t life sometimes run away from you? In my last post, I said it would be 1 week, but it’s been 5! So sorry about that x
But I miss playing photography projects with you all and would like to announce that the next one is A Day In The Life on Saturday 22nd October 2011. That’s next weekend!
Feel free to use the banner below on your blog –
A Day In The Life is about improving your photography skills through story telling throughout a 24 hour period – hopefully making you see your surrounds a bit differently and to just have some fun with your camera throughout your day.
For this game, take 1 photo an hour on the Saturday 22nd October. Try to take at least take 6 photos so you can tell us how your day went – a maximum of 24 photos.
Once you’ve taken your photographs, upload them to the net (I love flickr!) and then come back Sunday 23rd October 2011 to share the link.
Here is the link to the results from the last Day In The Life project – http://sh1ft.org/projects/index.php/2011/01/a-day-in-the-life-new-years-20102011-entries/. Everyone did such a great job and I can’t wait to see what we all get up to this time
Happy New Year everyone! As part of A Day In The Life: New Years 2010/2011, we were asked to take a photo every hour over the New Years period to show how we said goodbye to 2010 and hello to 2011. Whether you headed out for the night, or had an early night in at home – New Years is a great time to photograph your life so you can reflect back on it in years to come.
How did you go with your Day In The Life photographs?
My favourite photo of the day was this one for obvious reasons –
.. but I had a lot of fun taking photos to document my day – even though it was a quiet one!
