l like top3's products. but i find the after sale service is not as good as i expected. it seems to be very difficult to return something... maybe its just me.

I recently bought a very cool carafe from another store online similar to what top3.com does... its called vivachistyle.com, really really cool site and the lady i spoke to on the phone was so sweet... i have enjoyed my shopping experience with them, and its free delivery... amazingly fast!

homecouture.com.au is another place i d buy things from too. the only problem is that they dont sometimes have stock available although they say they do, but their service is great too! my recommendation as well.

I like them all and spend hours hanging out at top3 in wbj their old site sucked but the new one is really cool. Not sure about the vivachi people I enquired by phone and some guy is pretending they exclusively import evo solo, which you can buy in heaps of places,..
