year of the goat

happy chinese new year! traditional stuff started last night at our house, cleaning up of the whole house so we welcome the new year with no rubbish (a type of feng shui i think) and today we went out to chinatown but we didn't see any dragon or lion dances.. chinese food only day today too which is fine by me!

have a couple of crafty things to try out tonight after dinner.. should be fun! something astroboy related

i didn't post yesterday, but there was a train crash south of sydney yesterday morning. real bad, alot of the tv coverage has been filled with reports about it. thank god more people didn't die, the train was pretty torn up
