oops! i'm awake

kinda left this place alone for a few days while i did .. well nothing in particular (as always).

The May Day Project, as of this minute, has 419 people signed up and ready to rock! how amazing is that? i have to send out a reminder email to everyone in the next few days which should be a task, i'm not going to use any broadcast/newsletter software because i don't want them to end up on some spam list. i added a note to the bottom of the page 'i severly underestimated the amount of people that would sign up in interest' which is 500% true, my bandwidth has really gotten out of control due to the button i told everyone to link back with - so i won't be doing that again!

i need to find some sort of listing software (remotely hosted if possible!) that will let people add their links and maybe sort them by country. if anyone knows of anything, let me know! or i might just use signmyguestbook.com again without the email field. (p.s. i do have a mysql database handy but i don't really want to use a db in this case)

it has been a week since my birthday and some 'rays' of good luck are coming my way. won't say much right now but i'll keep you posted.

shutterbug has had a makeover again! i couldn't help myself, and since my second noteworthy (plug plug) at photofriday i thought i'd celebrate with a slight change. i've been checking out who's linking back to me aswell, and there are some really sweet comments about my photographs, so thank you to anyone who took the time to link back to me!

Although I still don't know what I will be doing on Saturday, I'm looking forward to the May Day Project.
