still here, still here!

Regan and I got our computer back last night, so we've had a computer-less weekend which has been good in some ways. next weekend looks to be the same, my computer is still acting up which is a pain in the ass

i haven't managed to redesign shutterbug yet, or get the 26 Things site ready for saturday, but i did manage to make my way down to the only krispy kreme store in the country! pretty good, but i'm willing myself not to like it and to be lazy enough not to drive the hour and a half to the store. i can imagine the kilos piling on now!

the change in daylight savings has thrown me into a weird walking coma state.. time to start another week of work, good thing about the weekend is that Regan has days off! it's a miracle!!

Ya know, I never quite understood the big deal about Krispy Kreme...

i never thought krispy kreme really was anything special, but my dad and i always used to go there on saturday mornings and watch them make the donuts :) so i enjoy it :P

i was wondering if you would be interested in just working a column on my online ezine called
"Best Deception". All you have to do is take photos of daily life or meaningless things that probably America doesnt have.
I was going to call it "Shutterbug Connection". Like my ezine being connected to an Australian freelance photographer and webloger?

so, krispy kremes are starting to invade the world. i've never had a thing for donuts so i knew going to the store to buy 'em wouldn't be a problem. but my co-workers bring them to work for everybody and it is tempting. when they're still piping hot, they have a melt in your mouth goodness. fortunately, i find them too sweet and can limit my intake to only one. ;^)

Hey hey hey, Krispy Kreme is not in the country... technically its in the western outer suburbs of Sydney =)

Believe me, I live next door to it.
I don't mind daylight savings. Daylight savings = summer!

how can anything be too sweet?

I love krispy kreme. mmm, you gave me a craving now and I was doing so good <=oT

I still prefer Dunkin' Donuts. They are not so thin. And Krispy Kreme make my tummy ache. Over in the states, we had to "fall back" so we supposedly got an extra hour to sleep. I wish I could live in Summertime all year around.

hey, extra hour of sleep. i didn't complain. those pics look really cool. now i have a sudden craving to hit up krispy kreme...

Posted by loud @ 28 october 2003 01:49 AM AEST

it's always considered to be an extra hour of sleep, not an extra hour of anything else....hmmm

Sarah .. i know Penrith ain't the country ;) i was saying that the store is the only one IN the whole of Australia right now, eeep! i've heard the line is always long? we only waited for about 15 mins though which isn't too bad

anyway, thanks for lots of krispy kreme messages :D i've had my share and i'm not going to go back :(

i would of LOVED an EXTRA hour! but i guess i'll settle for 7pm sunsets <3

Yeah, the line is always long, especially on the weekends. I guess you went in 'off peak' hehe.
