diet update

my elimination diet is going OK, i've managed to stay away from alot of the wheat/flour/chocolate and whatever else that list said, but i have a feeling that i need to stay well away from ALL sugar (which i haven't been doing).

in all honesty, it's been hard for me to do this but i've heard it gets easier. i guess it's going to get harder now that i know i should cut out sugar - which means no kaya, peanut butter, carob, ribena or even some fruits. i can see my cupboard screaming 'BLAND!!' from here. oh boy. at least i get to eat REALLY healthy then, and what harm can that do?

so now i'm down to this -
white rice, fish, beans, turkey, eggs, organic rye bread, ryvita originals, tomato, avocado, lettuce, carrot, onion, cucumber, sweet potato, peas, corn, apples, kiwi fruit, grapes, strawberries, cashews, water and herbal tea.

try to squeeze menu's out of that will you!!

i miss my cakes and pizza's so much i could cry lol

it's really hard to go out these days, and it gets embarassing when people notice that i don't eat with them like 'normal' people. i always get it, but now i just have to deal with it (or let them deal with it?).

oh well, back to my inner health plus!

Could you please email me, or ask Regan to email me. I'm a friend from back in Ohio. I have something important to tell him. I found out that someone was pretending to be him on the internet/myspace.com. Furthermore, they were doing it for several years. They took pictures from your website too. I thought you guys should know, but I also wanted to speak with him about it, and also he has a book of mine. Thanks, Lorena. You can email me at lorenadavis@gmail.com

Hey- love your site. Click on it from Notebook. Just looking at what you can eat now! How about risottos? a nice cashew, turkey and could you have dried canberries (Craisens)?
