Orgran Everyday Health magazine
Orgran's latest Everyday Health Magazine just landed in my mail box today! Issue 13 is just in time for Coeliac Awareness Week (March 13th to 20th 2007).
From flicking through it quickly, I can already see a tonne of new recipes to try. I can't wait to get stuck into the gluten free lemon meringue pie by Yvonne Voorthuizen.
Check out the other Everyday Health issues by clicking here.

A great article featuring The Coeliac Society of Australia, www.foodintol.com, www.foodstandards.gov.au, Rowie's Cakes, Gourmet Treats from Heaven and the Gluten Free Travel Company (a site I've only just gotten into and will write up a review soon on!).

Gluten Free Cookies by Healtheries
Healtheries have changed their gluten free choc chip biscuit packaging, so if you're on the lookout for some great gluten free cookies, then look out for the red box!
Healtheries Simple Choc Chip Cookies are bite sized - which is the only downside for me, because it only makes me want more!
They're a little bit gingery too - but so so good.
My new favourite gluten free cookie? Could be.. but then again all gluten free cookies have been amazing.

Gluten free turkey and cheese pizza
Using the Woolworth's FreeFrom Gluten Free pizza base mix, my favourite has become the turkey and cheese pizza. The pizza dough is ALSO yeast free - which is even better if you have specific allergies or intolerances to yeast.
Rationing it right, I can get 2 pizzas a week out of the ingredients I buy.
500g of turkey mince is plenty for 2 pizzas, I add extra cheese and a pinch of salt in the dough and in the sauce.
Delicious!
