what an odd thing to celebrate, you say? 😛
ever since i’ve been gluten free, i’ve lived a whole different life.
i’m healthier – physically and mentally. i don’t feel ‘crazy’ anymore (i truly did think i was losing my mind at one point). i was able to fall pregnant, have a great pregnancy and give birth to a beautifully healthy baby boy. i don’t spend hours on the couch every after meal ‘digesting’ in pain.
life is pretty good, and even though i haven’t be diagnosed with coeliac disease – i’m definately staying gluten and yeast free for the rest of my life.
