never did i think that the simple art of clapping would be this exciting but
JASPER CAN CLAP!
and it was the most exciting 5 seconds of my life, lately.
we’d been trying to teach him how to clap for a few weeks – we would clap after he would play something on the pianosaurus, and he would swing his head around and stare at us like we were on fire. then that graduated into a sly smile, and now he can clap on his own!
ah, parenthood. unpredictable joy.
