oh no, don’t let your mind wander – i haven’t left my job
but for the rest of the week, i get to stay at home and look after the kids. my parents usually take them wednesday to friday while Regan and I both work, but they’re in Malaysia for a little while and i’ve taken time off to be a mum.
i can’t tell you how excited i am to do this – i know it probably sounds weird and a little sad, but being a working mum – i don’t get time like this often (or at all) so i’m really excited to have this time with them. i’m going to try and take Jasper out to playgroup, go for walks every day, cook ALL meals, show Jovie something new and somewhere in there, get some housework done, lol.
