spent ALOT of time (8pm last night until 9am this morning) trying to fix my darn computer and it looks like it worked!!! huzzah, who knew i could fix something without breaking it first? 😀
i had this thing going on – spyware? virus? i don’t know – but it was annoying the crud out of me and it got worse yesterday when i couldn’t view files on my computer for work and it looked like someone/thing was controlling my keyboard (really weird).
after hours and hours and hours of manually removing or backing up files, and micro-minutes of curling up on the floor for a power nap – no pop ads or strange characters showing up. we’re finally free of ‘whatever’ it was, i think.
now i want to sleep 🙁
and install a better virus/spyware scanner on this computer.
