my prenatal yoga class started today, and just in time!
i found it really relaxing and centering, i feel alot more confident and strong than i did the past couple of weeks.
our instructor, corinne, made alot of sense to me so i have alot of faith in her technique. it’s alot about pain management and trusting what your body was born to do. Regan and I are taking the couples workshop class in a couple of months, so hopefully he’ll learn some labour/birth stuff too.
