life, love it

we gathered for a funeral today, the second in as many months, and it’s only reaffirmed by belief that life is for living – i still don’t think i actually “get it” but i am trying to put it into action. not waste my life on things that make me crazy, to be a good friend and be a fantastic mum.
when i get to the end of my life, i want to know that every day that i had, i had it. i got what i want out of it and that i was happy. life’s too short to ‘give it another year’ …
