EA Sports Active: 6 Week Challenge

I’m into Week 3 of the EA Sports Active: 6 Week Challenge on our Wii!!

How am I feeling?
Actually.. I don’t feel as ‘wobbly’ as I used too. I feel like I have more energy, even with the early wake ups and trying to work late late at night.

What changes have I made?
I don’t think I’ve changed much – just kept up the good eating. Regan and I have been playing Wii Sports instead of veging out on the couch and that’s been fun 🙂

What are the goals for the next week?
Try to fit in a walk or two!!

TGIF .. in Australia?

I was just going to say TGIF… but when I did a Google search .. the Australian TGI Friday’s website came up! Whaaa, I thought it was just in the States!

I could really go for everything on their dessert menu right about now … thank goodness they’re in another state. TGIF!
