i made it!
a late night saturday craving for cake got me in the kitchen! i substituted the ‘cake flour’ for rowie’s gluten free cake flour, i didn’t put any milk in (don’t have any) and added a nutella frosting
pretty good! it only needed just under 4 minutes to cook in the microwave, perfect for impatient tummies like me.
somebody try this and report back, stat.

yes, i’m still around – just trying to devote more time to watching Jasper grow into this clever little man.
i swear time is going by really quickly – before you know it, it’ll be Jasper’s FIRST BIRTHDAY! arghh!! only about 5 weeks to go ..
