doesn’t canon’s “photochains” project seem a little similiar to my connect8 photo project?
EOS photochains are a growing chain of photos where each shot inspires the next.

participants were given a list of starting themes to take 1 photo with, and from that take 7 more connecting shots, without telling a story through their series.
granted, i haven’t posted this project recently, but if canon want ideas for photography projects, they could hire me 😛 LOL you should of seen my jaw drop when i saw the tv ad for it …
