new layout for a new life (of sorts).

i felt like a change so here’s the new sh1ft.org for the meantime. i like it, the photographs in the header where taken by me in the past week or so, plus it’s always nice to have a spunky Regan thrown in there for good measure. i’ve been trying to get a newer style going, so you might see another design in the next few weeks again … this design is starting to remind me of the australian ‘green and gold’ theme, haha.

our adsl is finally up and working this week and it’s been gooood. let’s Regan and me do alot more online than we have been in the last couple weeks. we took a walk around and i got some more 26 Things photo’s, so now i only have 2 more to do!

new layout is very very pretty. 🙂 but, um.. is it just me or is there no scroll bar…? i had to highlight and drag (or Tab where applicable) to get to the bottom of the page. :/ mkay.
s’prolly just me huh. 😳

i had nightmares about this layout last night (yes, i dream about webdesign).. so i was about to change it this morning but i’ll leave it up for a bit longer 😛

It’s always scary when I come across new designs that are similar to what I’ve been working on for my own – bordered photos at the top and a diagonal background tile. Great minds think alike?

Anyway, I like.

Great new layout. I particularly like the header, which is awesome.
I wish I could do the things that you do with html.

Loving the new look, scrolls fine for me (wonder what browser & res Liz is using).

Isn’t ADSL the best thing ever, and damn, but these 26 things are hard.

The background reminds me of corduroy, all warm and comfy. BTW, I couldn’t scroll down like Liz either when viewing with my laptop. No problem with the desktop though. Both are very ancient PIIs with IE5+ browsers. Yeah, yeah, its definitely time to upgrade.
