Regan’s last visa application to become a permanent resident has been approved 🙂
after the scurry to get it all submitted, we sent the papers maybe 2 weeks ago and got the confirmation today! we weren’t expecting any notice for months yet so it was nice to get that over and done with.
the weekend went well – i rested/slept for most of it and visited my parents. spoke with my dear lil sister hayley last night (hellooo). she sent me some photos from the pirates of the carribean 2 premiere and i put them up on her blog for her while i still remembered to (i was a few days late).
nothing much else to report from traceyland … i’m bbboorring.
oh! one thing that DID happen last week – someone buzzed me on the intercomm, insisting that he was from energy australia and that he need to come up, into my apartment, and talk to me. i may have been out of it (sick) but i knew that was fishy and told him to come back later. he didn’t. the next day i realised WE DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH ENERGY AUSTRALIA! i called energy australia to confirm that we had no account – this guy was just trying to scam his way up here…. some people!
