nothing exciting to report, sadly
spent a lovely quiet weekend with my family and with Regan and Mischa (she bit me! granted, she doesn’t like getting her hair cut).. curled up on the couch and watched Roseanne on dvd while i drank banana milkshakes.
did pick up a rocking chair from IKEA late yesterday afternoon. not much of a ‘rocker’ but it sure is comfortable 🙂 and it was just on $100! bargain.
bub is doing well – had a kind of ‘Alien’ moment the other night, from the outside my stomach literally RIPPLED when he moved, lol. so awesome. have had a few more of those braxton hicks contractions this weekend too.
sorting out the sale of my canon 20d and 24-70L, so i can get something lighter to cart around. i miss taking photographs, but the one thing that’s stopping me is the weight of the camera (over 1.5kgs) on my aching back and arthritic-like hands. looking at the 400D and the 35mm f2, which is about half the weight. looking at maybe the video cam instead.
apart from that, it’s head down at work – no appointments for another 4 weeks, nothing else i can think of to break up the working week.
