six months later …

and we’re still happy being Regan and Tracey! apart from being the 4th of july, it’s our six month wedding anniversary. we’re not really into anniversaries, but i think it’s worth at least a mention 😉 Regan did surprise me with a beautiful bunch of tulips, hidden in the last place i would of thought to see them – the bathroom! and the pesto pasta was enjoyed by all tonight. yum!

i visited mum, dad and hayley on friday and mum surprised me (another surprise!) with her very first sewing machine! we popped down to spotlight and grabbed a couple of metres of dinosaur fabric to make some much needed flanellette pyjama pants. i’ve already gone through all the fabric, so looks like this weekend i’ll have to get some more to make Regan a pair too!

yes, mum really did write on the sewing machine! it's instructions for where the thread needs to go
comfy comfy t-rex pants

(i call that second shot ‘yes i do have really short legs’.)

did manage to take alot of sydney photos, aswell as some cool ‘studio’ set up photos which i was playing around with. i have a few crazy plans in the next few weeks or so (bank balance permitting), so hopefully you’ll see those ideas soon!

random side note : passport photos never ever turn out flattering.

forgotten news : i did the july calender! yay!

Very cool pajama pants. It’s okay that you have really short legs, as it adds to your overall cuteness. 🙂

Happy Anniversary to You & Regan!

Awww, happy aniversary! (well 1/2)

I’ve also been fabric hunting this past week, but to make handbags! You can see my very first one at my blog! It’s cute!

UUUU lovely calendar! It looks so nice on my screen! God I can’t wait to go to Australia someday!

Isn’t sewing your own clothes fun?! I would do it more often if I had more time. I do what I can though. 🙂

And Happy Anni!

You’re about a bazillion times more domestic than me! If my momma gave me a sewing machine, I’d have said, "Oh cool one of those old timey record players!!".
