new design

Posted on April 7th, 2008 by Tracey

what do you think? i spent a few hours yesterday upgrading wordpress to 2.5 and thought i’d might aswell use the time effectively and found a great template by futurosity. (no, i didn’t design this – don’t have the time, lol)

i think it’ll force me to upload more photos at the same time, which is a good thing 🙂

there’s still a few things i want to tweak but otherwise i think it’s pretty cool for now!

chop! chop!

so after a couple of weeks of finding piles of my hair in the strangest places (the freezer, for example) and seeing myself get balder everyday, i took my butt to the hairdresser and got a hair cut!

it’s a nice change, going shorter. it’s definately alot lighter, which should help the amount that falls out. i’m not totally worried about it, it’s just a normal part of having a baby (your hormones go up and down, your hair gets thicker/nicer and then it gets thinner….)

if i get any balder though, you won’t see any photos of me for a long while and i’ll begin the biggest collection of hats & beanies this side of the universe.

oi, my back

my posture is getting so bad now, that i’ve had to install a program to remind me to SIT UP STRAIGHT

after hours of sitting at the computer and wondering why i’m so close to the keyboard – i find myself slouched over so much that you could serve lunch on my back. eek.

i’ve only had the reminders going for a day, but it’s really helping 🙂 i’ve set it so that every 5 minutes or so it pops up, which is perfect enough for me to train myself to always sit straight. i’ve been finding myself sitting straight already once the pop up comes up, so i’m definately changing my habits.

i’m back into my pilates, so hopefully that will help with my posture too. i don’t want to be a hunchback! i already have scoliosis (or so i was told back in high school) so i don’t want things to get worse…
